Just as damn good as I remembered!
Almost 10 years old and honestly still such a good time. Runs flawlessly, gunplay still incredible and music is just so good when you're killing any demon who stands in your way. Cheers to GOG.com for bringing us the DRM free version at last!

Worth it. Always was, always will be.
It's DOOM (2016), but DRM-Free. What else do you need to know, really? Everybody knows by now that this game was a second coming of BBJesus for FPS fans when it released. If you don't have it, buy it! If you have it somewhere else, buy it! Also, there's a misinformation on this page. GOG's release actually does come with SnapMap, but you can't download maps of the internet. And yes, it doesn't have multiplayer mode that every other version has, but you don't lose much. It was pretty much dead on arrival when the game released, since it was pretty bare bones and it couldn't compare to the level of fun that the singleplayer campaign delivers.

RIP AND TEAR
One of the absolute greatest returns to a videogame franchise since forever. This is classic ID Software turned up to the nth degree, and it only got better with its sequel Doom Eternal. If you’ve neverer played DOOM and want a good starting point that’s not from the 90s or early 2000s, THIS IS IT! Just remember: to kill the demons, shoot them until they die. Go forth, Doom Slayer.
