John Chaser is a man without memory or friends. Alone, in the middle of a bloody conflict, he is trying to find out who he is. His extraordinary fighting abilities enable him to survive, but they raise more questions than they answer. Chaser awakens on board the spaceship H.M.S. Majestic. Chasing fidelity

Chaser is a solid if rough shooter. The story is interesting and well told for the age but the set piece fight scenes hark back to Doom/arcade mechanics rather than the slickness we grew accustomed to in the Half Life franchise. I'd argue that visually and aurally the game has aged well with a good Scifi soundtrack and cohesive level designs. If you are looking for a retro, story based shooter you can do far worse than this.

Are you serious?

First of all this game is cheap! If you love FPS games like I do then dont think twice about getting Chaser. I played the first 2 levels and I will say that it is the ONLY FPS I have played in a while that gives the player a good choice of weapons early on. By the end of the second level you have a nice selection of guns to blow up bad guys. Great graphics! There is alot of complaints about this game but get this, if you were looking for a story line go watch a frigin movie!

Childhood memories

Played this in highschool along with many from that era. A decent classic one added to the list. Still rememember the awesome OST. Really eerie.

Rage Quit

It had a bunch of potential except for overly scripted scenes where they just keep pouring wave after wave at you. EG Truck Scene. I was enjoying it up until that point.
