Blade Runner

Suprisingly holds up really well after all this time. I went straight to the balcony for 10 minutes. A timeless classic. Thank you GOG.

Wonderfully recaptures the atmosphere and intrigue of the film. It’s one of those games where you will want to explore as much of the environment as possible; where you will be continually rewarded for doing so. Whereas the vast majority of other point & click adventure games focus on puzzle solving and item management, Blade Runner adheres to a design that is driven by character interaction and clue gathering. This made the game stand out more for me and gave the entire experience a special feel. After concluding my playthrough, I checked out a walkthrough and was stunned by the variables and the number of encounters I missed over the course of my 10 hours. The developers put a lot of heart into the creation of this game. It’s one more people should play.

I remember playing this many years ago as a kid, but I never finished it. Still after all these years this is a great point-and-click. I Especially like there are so many random things that can happen and that there are many alternative endings depending on your choices. Great game even if you are not a Blade Runner fan.

Really good adventure story - quirky, brilliant and innovative. And, if you squint, the graphics look better.

...that shares the same time the 1982 film. As adventure games go, this one is jam-packed with music from the original film, actors from the original movie (most of the main cast except Harrison Ford), and multiple endings! The story is excellent. The atmosphere is terrific. More so, it's impressive the game runs as smoothly as it does on my 4K60 PC, although with some pixelation due to pixel resolution of the time.
