We are making some changes to our Privacy Policy and our User Agreement, the documents that govern our relationship with you. | We’re introducing an extra section to our GOG.com User Agreement, to make sure that our new Wallet feature is fully covered. Here is an informal summary of what’s new: - Privacy Policy: Learn more about our Partners, who they are and how they are involved in the data collecting and processing necessary to ensure your data security. The section of User Rights is also expanded with clarifications regarding personal data.
- User Agreement: We’ve added a Wallet section containing information about this brand new feature. There are also some special rules pertaining to the games’ BETA section and an updated description of GOG.com services.
- Due to certain games that we’ll be launching in the future, we added some explanations about the legal requirements surrounding virtual item purchases.
