In my opinion the best ARPG out there
Not mind for the story, in every other respect is perfect even this days, Pure gameplay, lots of action, items for loot, trinckets and maps you can clean. Post game is a little tiresome but so far, the best way to play ARP for the first time.

From the creators of Diablo
Four creator left from the Blizzard North and found the Runic games and thank God that they gave us a gem like "Torchlight". This is the second in series and unfortunately there will not be third. But this Torchlight has so much potential because of mods. I've played this game for 2 years and i still like because of the gameplay. Story is not good graphics are not so shiny but the gameplay is flawless. İf you like Diablo and cartoon graphics and action than this is your game. BUY IT!!!

Great ARPG
Sinked countless hours into it already, and still playing. Vanilla game is just great, responsive, fluid, moddable, and it works well on Linux. With mods it's quite possibly the best ARPG of all time. Now waiting for TL 3 ;)

It's just really fun
If you like to have fun, buy Torchlight II. It's great with another player along side. I got it through steam a year ago. Think Diablo with a WoW skin, only better.
