When Witcher 3 Came out I didn't have the money to buy the game. Then I saw CDPR Seeding Torrents Themselves. I got the Cracked version. Trust me Every moment I was in Game I was lost in The World of Witcher. I haven't Played Such a Great game in Ages. Finally something to Give me the feeling of how a Good quality Game should be.I decided When ever I have the money to buy the game. I will pay for it. CDPR Deserves that much respect.Now I have the money to buy it.I hope Who ever played Cracked version will pay up too.It's Worth Every single penny.I hope To get such great games from CDPR in the Future.
First of all, I want to start by saying that I highly respect CD Projekt Red for making such an excellent game and choosing to be better than most (maybe even all) other video game developers and publishers.
Second, I want to say that I highly recommend this game to other people because It's the best game I have played in years, and that says ALOT coming from me. But this game is not without it's flaws, and those flaws to me, have ruined my first experience with the game.
Most glaring issues that severely negatively impacted my game-play experience and shattered the immersion for me are as follows:
1. Stiff movement-unresponsive controls.It's always there, always a part of the game-play experience. You can never escape it and you will constantly find yourself grunting in frustration like a kid trying to learn how to tie their shoe laces and failing, except you never learn and it never gets better. Enemies have this strange ability to interrupt your control/keyboard inputs BEFORE THEY ATTACK YOU and then attack you when you "didn't do anything". You will be smashing your keyboard wondering why you didn't do an action and died.
2. Objective Tracking-CRITICALLY important missions.Some missions just never trigger or are considered "failed" HOURS or DAYS in real time later with no hints or clues because you didn't do what an NPC wanted you to do the WAY they wanted you to do it. You DID it, they're just grumpy. enjoy missing loads of missions "just because" and finding out hours later unable or unwilling to lose metric-TONS of progress and go back and redo several hours of missions all over again.
The story is where this game shines, but you will miss out on the story because of issues like this. It seems the only way to really do everything the game has to offer is to just run around the entire game saying "Yes" to every NPC and make everyone happy even if you disagree with it or spoil it by reading a comprehensive game guide from the start of your first play-through.
Only to be able to experience it for the very first time again...
The witcher series has always been an intriguing endeavour, starting out as unknown material since the series is based on books written by a Polish author, whos books had never been translated to English. But all that changed over the last years.
If you are thinking about getting yourself into the series, just get to witching, since everything you'll need to know, is explained through the game itself. By the story, by books found in the world, by gossip whispered by city inhabitants and magical creatures that roams the wilderness.
Feel free to jump right into the 3rd installment of the series, I for one, would not recommend to start out with the first game, since it serves more as story heavy material, than an actual game, due its early PC RPG gaming elements, which, to be honest, is outdated and a slog. The second installment is a much more fluid experience and serves as an appetizer for this glorious adventure.
Without saying too much, going through this game, you'll encounter tons of interesting characters, inviting environments, encroaching wilderness, grand cities and tricky caves. You'll experience every single emotion known to mankind and by the end of your journey, you'll have connected more with the pixels on the screen, than some of your past relations in the real world.
If this is your first time, I envy you, for you are about to experience one of the finest video games ever created, and a univers, which will be the benchmark for future generations of videogaming.

The Witcher saga is my favorite rpg. The second improved on the first game dramatically. This one, however, is light years away from the second one in nearly all aspects of the game. Truly a gaming marvel which honestly redefines the entire RPG genre. This is a cornerstone of modern gaming and I can't praise this game enough!
This game is a great journey. I had lots of fun with this game. Game modes that I typically don’t like, like the built-in card game,Gwent, were compelling. The scenery was beautiful, and the cities were fun to visit. A great game and so much to do.
