Game better
This community patch is very good in general, but some background how it delivered and sold now. The original game is 25 years old. The Simtex is abadonded in a few years. A person started to reverse engineer the game and modify it to the community needs and of course his personal ideas, as simtex has fallen no one had problems with that, and in MSDOS era, this kind of right abuses was normal. This game unique and still joyful. However how this patch created was not nice, and only way to do that published free on his own website. For me it is questionable to trade rights for a 25 years products, and earn money as a 5th owner of the rights, and also pay some $ to the "hacker" to sell his free modification as DLC, sorry this is not the best way... I saw also archive.org published mom as well. I was hoping buying the rights for master of magic will result in a remake / remastered edition, but no, the holder just create a few extra bucks for doing nothing, the best investment. Anyway caster of magic is great, and as created by a hacker he had to put a lot more effort (more YEARS). Has lot more option than the original game, and changed spells skills, which were not working well. I still hope selling a literally free software for money is not the only thing, what they going to do with master of magic, and we will see a new game....

Greedy devs waste it
It's already awful to have ads in the launcher, but now, they released a native windows support, and it's paying. How greedy are these devs.
