Portal at home

Puzzle platformer very much inspired by Portal, but in the end adds some Cthulu and monsters chasing you to hurry you up. The story is nothing to write home about, most of the puzzles are artificial, they don't weave with the story or surroundings organically. Lots of annoying and fiddly flying platforms and you constantly dying, especially in Act 3. Will also test your reflexes towards the end.

Wants to be Portal, but falls short

Yes the game really wants to be like Portal but it lacks the charm and originality of the first Portal. And spoiling the cthulhu twist in the description of the game doesnt help. The graphics are nice but sometimes the game just doesnt give enough visual or other hints like Portal design did and you get stuck. The mechanics arent explained and the game isnt much fun at points because of this.

As good as Portal

The story is not very deep, but it might help to keep you engaged. The puzzles involve bit of jumping and some looking around, but mostly they requirethinking which is great. I really like how the game is structured. I wish it was bit longer, but that is what I wish for Portal too:) Overall it is very similar to Portal, only you use magnetism instead of portals. And your main enemy is not as talkative as GlaDOS. and there is no cake:) I have finally managed to get all the achievements, and I must say that the game gets whole nedw level of difficulty when you have to avoid death, yet it is also way more rewarding when you succeed. The game looks great. It is not the best graphics there is, but the artistic feel is really good, and I wish more games could do something similar to the Act III of this game.

Great puzzles weak story

I did not expect such a satisfying puzzle. Thanks to the ability to create magnetic points anywhere, we have a certain freedom in solving puzzles. Level of complexity suited me better than in similar games. I really liked the arcade elements and the escape from the monsters levels. In fact, the only drawback is the weak plot.

It's Portal, with magnets, and Cthulhu

And it's actually a pretty good "Portal but..." Mechanics are introduced and taught with good pacing, puzzles are quite diverse. From the story perspective, there's not much of it, but what is there fits quite well. I was wary of how well would Lovecraftian mythos mesh with futuristic setting, but Frogwares pulled it of.
