Yeah, yeah came for the boobs, stayed for story etc. But fucking hell, Cece's story actually tugged at my heartstrings. I've never really considered myself sensitive to that but the developer just nailed it...

A fair warning
So, I got this game on an impulse, shortly afte refunding the pharaoh remake, because I was tired, and wanted to try something new. And I feel somewhat betrayed by that game. Yes, by a game I bought on an impulse, that was supposed to be my guilty pleasure, because hell, why not. Without going into spoilers territory, the game is amazing. Even though it sometimes strikes a blue note, it's generally filled to the brim with good vibes. The characters are believable, likeable and relatable. Even though slightly oversexualized and horny in some cases, they are not just sex dolls waiting to be used by you - they have their own stories, their backgrounds, their quirks and flaws. The characters have a good time together, and so you do, with them. Then there is that other thing. At one point you do get a warning. That the next scene will touch on some dark topics, so if you're "sensitive" to this kind of material, you could skip ahead. I admit, I gave it some thought, having a fair few things on my plate myself, but dismissed it, going "nah, I'm a grown up, I'll leave". I admit I just wanted to get more of the story as soon as I could, and well... I got more than I bargained for. So, please DON'T be like me. If you decide to give this game a chance (wholeheartedly recommend it), and get to *that* stage, if you are not in any good headspace, PLEASE DO consider that warning, DO consider skipping ahead, And PLEASE DO give it more time and thought than I did.

Leap of Faith
This is the BEST AVN game that I have ever played! The lead character is a likable fellow who strives to help others. The many female characters are interesting and sexy in their own unique ways and the story is exceptional! I have laughed and, nearly, cried more than I have in many years! I hope that D has other games, and I will purchase them ASAP! I can recommend GOG as a reliable and safe vender of games! Purchase and play safely!

Very Moving Title
Like some customers here, I got mine on another platform. Do not let the price fool you as it is not an expensive title. I found myself caring for the main character who has a mental problem and not the sex in the story. The story of Cece had left me emotionally drained and the MC to me was a hero who came to understand and was not in it for game or getting the trophy as he cared for all his friends and they all had friends and he also learned about himself and found someone who he fell in love with, and I enjoyed the journey that he shared with her and she with him. I suggest having some tissue handy as it made me cry my tears out for a AVN and the story is somewhat based off an actual situation, and I thank Drifty for sharing his story about his daughter who Cece represents, Good job Drifty!

amazingly gripping story
I've bought over 400 games on GOG over the years and this is the first time a game has moved me to write a review for it. I picked this up based on the excellent reviews... and it does not disappoint. There are adult elements for sure, but the story and characters are superbly written and enthralling, even if the adult elements weren't there. There's an emotional investment for all eight chapters. My first play-through was 14 hours and there's plenty of branching content to make it worth multiple replays. If you are remotely interested in story or narrative based games and you're okay with the adult elements I would HIGHLY recommend this game.
