Here is done something right!
From the start the game was promising, and it's mixing all the right stuff like humour, storytelling and a great soundtrack for example. As Times comes by (for me, it's more than five years since I played it the first time) I am glad to see the development, and it's still of my favourite casual games there are for a lazy Sunday. Highly recommended.

Still waiting...
I supported this game when It was a kickstart. It was so long ago I can´t really remember when, or If It was a crowdfunding project! I remember they let me put a name to a tree as a backer! The thing Is that It´s still In development and It still has a lot of work ahead. So, the question Is, will I really get to play this game fully, or will I retire and go stale before It see´s the light? Sad, a game such as this should not be 4-5 years In the making...

Decent Stardew Valley clone - fun!
I'm enjoying this game, and do like that the game itself doesn't have a time constraint, as the days pass very quickly and you don't have enough time as a child to get everything done before 11pm, plus explore and learn the world. What I do like is the style and premise of the game I have hours of playtime in and I'm still in the very beginning. Definitely worth buying and giving it a play through!

I'm really enjoying it now!
I played Kynseed four years ago in Early Access, and even then I didn't think it was as bad as some of the reviews here suggest. Now, the game is truly finished and it's great! The proverbs, puns and books are funny and I really felt like reading stuff that someone put a lot of effort and love into. I enjoy the crafting and fishing, and the cooking and crafting minigames are really detailed and work better than during EA. The fairy tale theme with the spirits and sometimes spooky otherworldly stuff feels cool and is something I hadn't seen in other "farming" games. I love how the prologue really has a bitter-sweet note to it and even a shocking moment I didn't expect. I like how weird it all is, from the post-apocalyptic worldbuilding "horses are extinct, so we ride pigs", to the wicker man statues everywhere... there is a lot to discover and I am enjoying that a lot. And then besides all this cool weird stuff you can, you know, just become a shop keeper as well and get married and stuff. As someone who played the heck out of Stardew Valley, I can safely recommend Kynseed. It is quite different in many ways, and it's so much bigger! Go and explore it.
