Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition

As for crashes: i play vanilla vegas with script extender and tick fix (vanilla enough) no crashes, no issues this version is patched for 4GB memory which is nice As for game: New Vegas is best RPG ever made as for DLC: you start with 200kg of loot from dlc items xD very stupid way to undermine the start and earlygame obsidion... DLC throw pop ups at you like possessed... Unofficial Patch makes the game worse to play and remove all fun exploits as for Graphics: bad, even with mods its not great as for gameplay: mid, i like ability to attack enemy in the arm and take their weapon as for Fallout: game have a lot of improvements from Fallout 2, but i miss the magic of jinxed perk :) im bias 10/10, its hard to find better game, i like comparing games to it to make them look worse

the gun play is far better than fallout 4. sure gun modding is limited. but the ammo types and being able to make you own ammo is so much more fun to do. plus unlike fallout 4 in new vegas you can run around with a dog or an eye bot and another companion. i love dog meat but let's get real rex is better.

I played this game straight after playing fallout 3 and i cant get enough of it. am on my 8th playthrough and i still find more things i want to do in the mojave. for a game that took around 18 months it has the most compelling story in the whole franchise{sierra madre is hard as hell but that adds to the immersion}. also the addition of new mechanics like different bullet types ,gun mods ,crafting and new recepies blew my mind.

In 30 years of playing computer games (mainly RPGs and strategy) Fallout New Vegas is the only game I played 4 times. Even today the 3D graphics is still viable, with, if I remember correctly, first and third person perspective. The quests are fulminant, the story-influencing decisions plenty, the landscapes directly taken from Death Valley and transfered to post-apocalyptic state - so realistic that when I travelled Death Valley for real, I had a strange sense of Deja Vu, taken from a possible future. Oh yes, and explore the Mods on later playthroughs.

New Vegas is easily one of if not the best fallout game. The characters, the open-world, other 3D RPGs have yet to capture the beauty of FNV. Overall, very good game. It is worth the money.
