First thoughts when run this I Was raped
First thoughts when run this remake "I Was raped" - this game is not worth that money. But after some time I was be able to easy see, a few differences from original version that are worth buying this edition.

Unplayable Overrated Junk
Baldur's Gate is a potentially good game which is entirely ruined by its unplayably bad combat system and disastrous decision to try (and fail) to implement D&D as a real-time game, as well as its choice of the pretentious and self-important Forgotten Realms campaign setting.

A Terribly Boring Experience
Played both the original and EE versions, enjoyed none. The worst part of the game is its badly writen, uninterresting plot, and in the original version of the game you are not even really able to read it due to the game's unreadable fonts. I played and enjoyed games like the Fallout 1/2, Planescape Torment etc. but the Baldur's Gate was an absolute dissapointment for me, I don't really understand why this game has such an iconic status, but I guess "to each their own".
