On peut mettre la note de 6/5 ?

Je ne m'étendrai pas sur la différence entre la version améliorée et la version d'origine du jeu, l'expérience vécue sera peu ou prou la même. On dit toujours qu'il est difficile de créer un nouveau chef d'oeuvre quand on en a déjà créé un la première fois. Et bien, Bioware a réussi l'exploit de proposer une suite encore plus intéressante que le jeu précédent. Ce jeu est un must pour tout fan de jeu de rôles. Exceptionnel, aucun jeu n'a fait mieux depuis à mon sens (et pourtant j'en ai joué beaucoup).

I Tried To Like It

Reading some of the reviews here that said the problems were fixed, I purchased it; no, they haven't been 'fixed'. The frustrating part is, there are some good additions here, just that the execution sucks. Yes, I understand that there are work arounds for the scaling issues, but, you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get the game to do what it is supposed to. Caveat emptor.

Selection of Voices?

First of all, I have to say that I just love this Game. All Baldurs Gate. Sorry It's great how everything works and without bugs it's just more Fun. Just great. But a Question. Is there a downloadable Software that gives my Characters a wider selection of Voices? Somehow, they all sound so similar. Would help a lot. Conclusion. For me, the Baldurs Gates Games are still one of my Top 5.

Still an epic, timeless RPG

I played the original Baldur's Gate games many years ago, back when they first came out, on my dad's PC at the time. I was about a teenager, 13 I would guess, and still inexperienced with PC gaming. But the game was simply outstanding, one of my favorites to this day. Recently, nostalgia crept in, and I ended up getting the enhanced editions to play through the series once more. So, having done so, thrice now for BG2:EE, I never had any technical issues, the games ran beautifully. Graphics are fine, gameplay works, and the story still sucked me in, even though I remembered it from the original game. It works. It's a real experience of a game. If you are on the fence, never played it, and want to experience a great, timeless RPG, then jump in. If you wonder if it will satisfy your nostalgia, it will do that too.

RPGs don't get much better

One of the best RPGs of all time. It's impossible to do a decent review without it going into pages. The enhanced edition is great, despite initial teething problems. Tons of bug fixes that were never in the original game, plus it plays absolutely perfectly on modern hardware. The quality of life changes made can all be turned off if you want a more 'classic' style.
