Un côté "moralisateur" trop lourd

Après avoir fini "A new begenning: Final cut", je suis plutôt mitigée... (pour info, j'ai joué le jeu en VA en suivant les conseils précédants.) +J'ai aimé les graphismes/cinématiques en mode bande dessinée +Enigmes en cohérance avec l'ambiance du jeu (plus sur le côté logique,sérieux. Pas vraiment ce que je préfère mais ce n'est que mon gôut personel.) -Le sujet principal du jeu est: le changement climatique (pourquoi pas...) mais je n'ai pas apprécié cette diabolisation constante de l'énergie nucléaire...pfff cela en devient fatiguant *bouhouhou le GRAND méchant avec sa centrale nucléaire ULTRA polluante* savoir rester pragmatique et réaliste c'est bien aussi! -Je ne me suis pas attachée aux personnages; pas au point de les détester mais voilà rien de plus. Plutôt agréable a jouer et vu qu'il est très souvent à -90% ça passe tranquillement.

Hmm

This game annoyed me. The voice acting in English is really really poor and the story is a bit...preachy. If you like the plot then you'll love the game basically but to me it became a bit of a chore. The puzzles can be rock hard though because the game gives you little feedback or clues on what goes with what or where to find stuff.

Excellent game with beautiful graphics

Really not sure why so many negative comments, this game is excellent, I really like it. It is classic point and click adventure with nice story and plot twists, beautiful graphics, very long it has 8 interesting and entertaining chapters, with wide range of puzzles, 2 playable characters and it clicks all my spots :-) I'm a classic adventure admirer, also sci-fi and cyberpunk fan, this game have a little bit of that, it has a lot of really interesting puzzles including technology, and all difficult puzzles have a skip button that appears which is great, also if you press the space on keyboard you see the hotspots. A lot of negative comments here are around environmental and climate changes, but the story is possible and we as people are destroying the planet. I paid only 1€ for this game, and this is the best spent 1€ in my life, as I was entertained for days playing a little bit every day. I would recommend this game to anyone who is into classic adventures, and this game deserves a lot better grade, I have played 300+ adventure games in my life all the big titles of course and a lot of smaller titles, and this game deserves better grade then it currently has.

OK, but not great

(I ONLY write reviews on games which I completed after I got them on GOG) Story: Game plot is based on time-travel and fundamental environmentalism. If you are into those things you'll probably like the story. It's OK in general, but details are not so satisfying. There is often a little bit of "plastic", unreal feeling to characters behavior and events happening in the game world and their consequences. Too often you get this feeling "Are you for real?" from the game. 3 out of 5 Gameplay: This is a 2D adventure and it's pretty fun to play it most of the time. The worst things are pixel hunting (SPACE shows all active items and can help with it), not-so-fun puzzles (those can be skipped) and logic of some tasks (again "are you for real?" too often). Again 3 out of 5 Graphics: Great visuals + terrible, terrible, terrible animations. 3 out of 5 Sound and music: Simply OK. 3 out of 5 Result: Play this game ONLY if you are a 2D adventure junky and already completed all other great classics and Widget Eye Games products here on GOG. Otherwise you can skip this game without regrets, or end up buying it for pictures to see it DOES NOT stand up to your expectations...

Not very good

It's quite buggy, sometimes a scene will bug out and you have to quit or keep tabbing in and out to get the scene to display. Had that happen twice, and then a crash with no message. The UI is clunky, the press to hold pop up is stupid, if these people want to only make mobile/tablets or whatever normies use for games then don't bother releasing it on PC. Another review says they think they just used speech engine for the English version, I was actually starting to think that as the game went on. But, this game is quite cheap, and in the goodies are artworks, avatars, concept art, soundtrack and wallpapers. I liked the soundtrack quite a bit, so it's still a worthy buy in my opinion if you're into listening to OSTs. If you're looking for another adventure game from Daedalic, try The Dark Eye: Chains of Satinov, the sequel Memoria, and Anna's Quest. They all have some UI quirks, moreso with satinov, but the stories are great and memorable.
