The subject explains it, while trying to complete the character info I seemed to miss Akane's 2nd info and I have no clue where I could find it, I have gotten every other one so if anyone else needs help I'll push my memory has best as I can.

After you have done your rounds of Starfall Hamlet and the game shifts to dusk, speak to the Ninja standing on the corner of Tenzan's manor before you trigger the bath house event.

Thanks for the answer, might take some time since I was just in the beginning of my 3rd run when I left off, but I'll try it out
