Haven't seen this mentioned elsewhere, but when I play Ziggurat in windowed mode, I can't adjust the position of the window relative to the desktop (even using alt+space, M), and when I try to switch windows so I can use the cursor outside of the game's window, I find that EVERY window has the same mode where the cursor can't leave the border. If I switch to the desktop then I can't adjust the window position because everything is minimized. This ends when the program's canceled. Never seen a game change the global settings like that before. Anyone else getting this in Windows 7?

This is probably a bit late, lol, but at least nowadays theres an option to disable the lock-cursor-to-window function.
