Hi, I was just wondering what the default gamespeed is. Mine is at 90% and it seems like that might be too fast? At the trading posts the animations for those guys are at like lightspeed. I watched a video on YouTube and it seemed to look much smoother.

Been a while but I recall it was 80%. But in any case you will be changing it all the time given the ebb and flow of the game. Not to mention its super sensitive to your PC power as well.

Well that's the thing, it doesn't seem too fast but it certainly isn't relaxing city builder stuff so maybe like 70 or 80 is fine. Its just that some animations play at like 10x the speed. But apparently there's all sorts of issues with the animations in this game and I don't think I have the problem where the gods are all slow but I don't know.

If the game seems a normal pace but the animations are lightning, I would bet you have the issue. Sounds exactly like mine at the beginning. All will play fine save you wont see your walkers, then a god will presumably "appear" but he never actually will.

I tried many of the things on this board, but finally it just kind of went away... no idea how.
