Hi all,

My game has an issue that makes it unplayable.

I'm on the last episode (I presume) of Birth of Atlantis, but now the citadel of Poseidon is atop some rocks (is this normal?), but also the gods are glitching: they spawn (ish) and go a few paces before glitching and respawning. The game seems to now be ignoring all my temples: I've got 4 but it doesn't recognise any of them.

I tried the gods lagging patch to no avail.

I had this issue 5 years ago on a different computer (Windows 7, I believe) and now am experiencing it on Windows 10.

Please help!

i have good news and bad news.

the good news: is you can rebuild your temples and that will probably fix it. alternatively you might have the version that lets you have two of each temple which means more soldiers to send into battle depending on which temple you have.

additional good news: current solutions to this include, waiting for a windows update, doing nothing and returning to the game later, trying to wide screen / resolution fix mod, and purging the game of all its folders/files then reinstalling it.

bad news: we arent totally sure whats causing this issue. it could be anything ranging from tabbing out of the game, running other programs while playing, windows updates, playing the game.

additional bad news: you might just have to wait a few weeks / months to let it fix itself.


that happened to me after i played those missions. i just rushed through it and rebuilt the temples. meet the requirements as soon as you can and gtfo to another mission/campaign.

also, is that elite housing in the middle ring im seeing? can you show me more =o ive never tried putting elite housing there since i always put the horse races in that area.

My personal fav! Works every time sooner or later. Not yet? Wait longer!


Such a good game though. Super irritating they never addressed this.

Sure there is. If you have tried the various items, sooner or later, sometimes it just pops. One of many people like myself who have had it occur...
