I have noticed that the Steam version has the HQ Texture Pack as a free download. Will this be coming to the GOG version at some point?

I guess it will take some months or so. The game did not even get the latest update as off-line download that's out for a while now, so they are in no hurry to get stuff done...
I love the GOG platform, don't get me wrong. I do not like, however, that we are treated as second class citizens compared to other platforms. I do not get why it seems so complicated to make a stand-alone installer while they have no problems to make a delta-installer for, by example, Steam.
Oh well.. Guess we have to be patient... Again...

I emailed NISA a while back, still waiting on a reply.
I think the AMA said it's coming to GOG,
The 2020 patch took about a week, so I imagine we'll get it eventually.

I'm a little confused. I'm reading the update now on GOG Galaxy and it says it already has the HQ texture pack included in the update?

EDIT: Bought the game and I see that information in the changelog... but I have yet to see it as an actual offline installer.

Texture pack got added to the shop. You can get it as free DLC.

have you tried fully reinstalling? Could be that something went wrong during updating/installation.

I have installed the lasted patch & HQ-Pack
Started game, but it never get past the message "Checking DLC" ,,,
Waited 45 Mins, with & without I-Net, started game as Admin, but it stops there!
reinstalled the whole package.
It works! :-)
