I'm not sure what all the controls are. For instance, in the dialog where you can acecpt or reject something, it gives X-Box A or B buttons. For PC I know accept is 'Spacebar', but I don't know what the reject is. It seems that no button actually is mapped to that one. Any help?

I left a note on the steam forums as well. It looks like the "P" button and the "ESC" button are double bound. I have found a solution by holding down "P" and pressing escape twice.

Thank you for that. The double mapping is a surprising oversight and a frustrating bug. It makes more sense to have one of the moves as a back button, probably 'z'.

I expect them to eventually release a controls mapping option.

This issue also has an effect on Steam Controller because of how it binds keyboard keys to the buttons on the controller. However it can be fixed in the same way. Assigning a controller button to the ESC key and a different controller button to the P key. Hold down the corresponding button for P and press the button assigned to ESC twice.
