I purchased my preorder and can't figure out how to download the Toybox. Is that something we have to wait until 4/11 for? It says that we'd have "immediate access" so I want to know where I can get in on this.

Yes, the Toybox is available to download. Go to your library and you should find it in the game's extras section.

BTW, I have a question regarding the Toybox itself - is this the regular version or the upgraded "Plus" version? The latter has a little bit more content, including an area with enemies. Although I have the game pre-ordered, I'm not able to check it now, because I don't have a 64-bit system (however I'll likely upgrade my PC and buy 64-bit Windows 10 soon).

I just bought the Base Version of the game. I think it may not be available to me because my computer's specs are very far below the minimum requirements.

Nope, I don't see it either, and you should be able to see all downloads no matter what specs you have.
The only extra I see is a wallpaper. I've contacted support about it.
