Hey, I'm about 3 hours into the game and noticed that I haven't unlocked any achievements yet that I should've like collect my first pagie or complete one of Rextro's arcade games. Is this a problem with the game or Galaxy? Anything I can do about this?

Heya,

Galaxy has to be online/connected for the achievements to unlock. As soon as it loses connection, you won't unlock achievements there, even after connecting and reloading the savegame.

Best regards,
Raff
It turns out my firewall was blocking the game's exe so it couldn't upload that information, but after fixing that the in-game achievements I had unlocked became locked again. I think I might have to just start over : /
After the problems with GOG Galaxy and this game, I completed it 100% (all achievements) running the game outside GOG Galaxy.
Now, after starting GOG Galaxy up, it has removed almost all of the achievements in the game, and since many of them are collectibles, the only way to get them again would be starting all over with a new save game.

Is this something GOG is going to fix, or do I just have stop trying to unlock achievements when GOG Galaxy is installed?
I understand that GOG Galaxy might have been designed to require the client to be online to unlock achievements, but Yooka-Laylee itself has built in achievements, which work without GOG Galaxy.
I think it would be great to have an option to make GOG Galaxy leave the games own built-in achievements alone, which would solve the problems that me and others have experienced. Since GOG Galaxy is optional, I think this would be a good idea.
Right now, GOG Galaxy is causing a lot of problems for me, as it messes games up which overshadows the features it provides. This is a shame, as I want to support the platform, but at this point, it is really quite a hassle.
