I downloaded the offline installer and when i go to install it gets stuck at around 10% mark and marches forward at a snails pace. i have everything downloaded but its just not wanting to install or is taking way to long for its size. Is there any reason for this or is it just what to expect for this particular installer since I've never had the issue before?
