And for the Linux version config and stuff is saved in

~/.config/unity3d/Bitmap\ Bureau/Xeno\ Crisis

(the \ is to quote the stupid spaces in the directory names; this follows a rather common naming scheme, of course ~/.config and then unity3d engine games, followd by the dev. team and then the game directory itself)
