Anyone have any idea what this could be?

So in game the left mouse and right mouse works, but not the up and down level wheel.

On keyboard the Enter key works but not the camera rotation QE and many others.

How to fix this?

Also do you have some unusual non-default-QWERTY keyboard layouts?
Overall it looks like these ones get intercepted/blocked/etc. by something else. Have you tried rebinding within game's options? If not responsive, do they work outside of the game at the first place?

I've managed to understand what the issue is but I have no solution except restarting the game. Fortunately it was just the second mission after the intro mission in Germany.

I just post here if someone else have these issue he will not lose time on it like I've did :)

So practically the game wanted me to follow the tutorial and restricts some of the keys and inputs to ensure I follow the instructions as they wanted me to do.

The mission involved the heavy guy with the rocket (the only survivor from the first mission) going on top of a building from where he reveals two aliens. I've moved other soldiers into position and I've fired at one of them and I've kill it.

After I did this, the tutorial instruction tells me to press enter and go into target mode. After this it tells me that I have to switch between two aliens/targets.

I've pressed the enter but there is only one single alien so I can't switch between targets. This throws the tutorial script off and this bug appear.

I exist the target mode, the tutorial message goes away but the controls lock is not reset. so only controls that let you target and switch between targets are enabled.

Before I figured this out I've restarted the game a few times, it even let me move other soldiers a bunch of time but then the issue reapers.

I've restarted the game from begging, this time I've made sure to wait for the instruction and do exactly what they say to do and the issue did not appeared again.

This is a known bug according to Steam forums & has affected a lot of people & never been fixed.

It occurs when playing EW with tutorial enabled (I had the same issue & never got past it until I disabled the tut).
I assume if you play EU you can do the tutorial but I've not tried.

Very poor support from the devs who have had years to fix this script.
