Can anyone confirm whether this is now absent when first running the game? On steam the game requires agreement to a pop up window to get the full featured game. I understand this game does not have online, but the link to Take 2's policy was still there on the store page to let us know they are selling our interactions to 3rd parties for profit (why the price is always so low).

Anyone think they backed off on this due to being discovered? Do they do this in secret now without user permission like they always stated in the privacy policy anyways? Trust this company?
