I`m in the Eternal Maze BIF (That`s what the map says) and there doesn`t seem to be any way to continue. I searched the whole thing, but no way.
Is the game really supposed to be that short? But why isn`t there any ending scene?

In case you were still stuck, B1F of Eternal maze is the first layer of the Eternal maze zone and part of the early game. To progress you need to find the stairs in the southern part of the map that take you up into a new part of the Clover ruins and explore that area. There's something you'll find there that you need to progress further through the maze.
I also needed a hint to find the way out of here.
If you say "I searched the whole thing" I assume you got to the room towards the south with a door on all 4 walls and 2 pedestals in the centre.

At this point, you need two things to get out:
1. you can light the pedestals, but you need to return to town to buy fire magic. Actually there's a flame sword in the dungeon that might also work...
2. to the north of this room is a crate pushing puzzle. This looked impossible to me. It's very easy but involves something that isn't in the crate puzzle tutorial messages and also seems odd - you can push a crate up on top of a half-height crate. So in this room you push the wooden crate onto the half-height crate then onto the stone boxes.
