German Linux users' latest version is 4.10 and we can't download any DLCs.
Windows or English Linux users have 4.30 and DLCs.
Why are they missing?

Ask GOG why! This is not how you contact them. A LOT of installers in other languages than English are broken in a lot of games. Of course this is not how it should be.
