When a release date is given as 8th July 2015, does this mean "midnight" of the 8th? Does it mean mid-day of the 8th?

As today, right now at this very moment it is around 09:42 GMT on 8th July, the published release date, and I cannot download it yet.

Just confused.

A cryptic answer...

So looking for more information I went to have a look at my games list and on expanding Worms World Party I discovered a count-down timer with less than 1 hour left.

Thanks for your response. I wasn't aware that the GOG displayed a countdown timer on the game itself. I will look out for this in the future.

Yes I too have noted that the timer has now disappeared but there are no download links for WWP yet.

Let's hope it doesn't take too long to add them in.

It was said in the news, about the preorder offer : "The deal will last until the game is released on Wednesday, July 8." (see here)
And here is the preorder link with the countdown which shows when the preorder promo end. So I assume the game will be available at the end of the countdown ;) (but it's simply a supposition !)

I must say that I fully agree with you. That's EXACTLY what I thought first !
But... "Always look on the bright sight of life" ;)
Exactly ! That's why I'm happy if it is "only" one week.
And I must add that it's a good thing they don't release the game despite this bug and prefer to work on it, at the price of having to delay the release date.
