So i can't really find much about this but i have windows 10 and the videos ingame like meet the professor under video gallery doesn't work and if i enter that video i can't do anything but exit the game with alt f4 escape doesn't go back.
I do have k-lite codec pack installed but it isn't the recent version.
And the intro video also doesn't show so what can i do?
And when was the professor video supposed to show up
Compability mode didn't help with windows 7 and windows xp sp2 version

EDIT:
Seems the video work now for some reason, there is a file called RegVideoDLL in the game folder and don't know if you need to run it as admin or not and you maybe have to restart pc for it.
But now it suddenly works after restart of pc and runnging that DLL file again

I can confirm that in my case (Windows 10) running RegVideoDLL as administrator enabled videos in the game. A restart was not necessary.

I can also confirm that running RegVideoDLL as admin solved the issue for me and videos are able to play now. Thank you both.
