If anyone's bored with 3D, C-Dogs have custom campaign that can use Wolf3D or Spear of Destiny files.
C-Dogs SDL game and Wolf3D / SoD campaign Installation instructions.
After you copy Wold3D or SoD files, you should see "Wolfenstein 2D (60)" campaign (if you're using files from the full version) or "Wolfenstein 2D (10)" for shareware.
