This game doesn't have much content yet. One can get couple of hours beating the chapter 1 story, which is less than 4 hours, and the current end-game is made of randomized bounties, and arena mode, which is not randomized. The loot does drop randomly, and it has randomly generated numbers.
Wolcen - Lords Of Mayhem is stuck in alpha state for many years now. The upcoming beta, which has been delayed for months now, will be looking totally differently than the current game sold now. If you wish to contribute to the development of the game you can buy it, and wait for the beta release, which got delayed several times last year. If you want more than 10 hours of gameplay per character don't buy it, but rather wait for beta or final release.
If you are looking for fully finished ARPGs I would recommend Titan Quest - Anniversary Edition, Torchlight, Torchlight II, The Incredible Adventures Of Van Helsing - Final Cut and Grim Dawn.
There is an upcoming ARPG which is currently in alpha development, but it has much more content than Wolcen - Lords Of Mayhem, and is being developed rapidly. It's called Last Epoch. I could recommend getting into that one, but I can't say the same for Wolcen - Lords Of Mayhem. Also, keep an eye on Warhammer - Chaosbane, it will come out some time this year.
