Thought I'd leave this here for new players who dont mind a few tips. This is my first time playing, and I am not using a walkthrough for anything, unless I get stuck. Found this out on my own.
In the stout mines when you are farming for silver ore to make dragon armor, you can get two ores, not just one. In the main lava room with the trolley tracks, take both side paths. One leads to an area where you jump across some rocks in the lava. Near the end you will find the first ore.
Another side path (on the right, you have to jump/fall down) you'll run into four swamp monsters, they are somewhat tough all grouped together like this, but you can lead a few out and they pin themselves on the wall pretty easily, take them out with some lingering spells. The other ore is right where the monsters spawned.
Take both ores back to the king. Hand him one ore and wait/walk around until he makes the armor. After, give him the other ore, he will make you another duplicate set. If you only want those 2 sets, your good.. If you want 2 more sets, kill him and the guards... Use the key to unlock the treasury room just east of his throne. There is another dragon armor laying against the anvil and another in a treasure chest. I had four characters (2 paladins, barbarian, samurai) who could equip the armor. so it worked out well for me.
A couple other interesting lore notes: Upon killing king Freyedies he drops the hammer that he used to forge your armor. Also, the moment after you kill him, the battle log tells you the dwarven guards under his command are free from the spell "Twisted Master" which is a Fiend (demonic) charm possession spell. Does this imply the king was a dark wizard with his own dwarven guards under mind control? Why would he need his guards under a spell if they are all dwarves on the same team ? Havent beaten the game, so this may be touched upon later on, not sure.

Also upon the moment you kill him, the battle log tells you the dwarven guards under his command are free from the spell "Twisted Master" which is a Fiend (demonic) charm possession spell. So the king was a dark wizard essentially? Why would he need his guards under a spell if they are all dwarves on the same team ? Havent beaten the game, so this may be touched upon later on, not sure.

That might be something that could be developed into something else, like new quest, but was abandoned because devs runs out of time.
