I click the movement button to move during combat, and I cannot move. Are there certain keys you have to use? How does this work? I was thinking maybe its bugged out, as i did rebind my movement keys to WSAD.
a bar should come up to show that you have a move pending and it lights up when you have the points i.e. when it's your turn then you can move. Aparty moves at the speed of the one with the slowest rate so there are big problems with a (melee) party that has to move all the time.
Hmm, it seems that my keyboard stopped responding in game. It may be because I had Alt+Tabbed out of the game, but I couldn't even save as it wanted me to type a name for the save file.
Try [Ctrl]+[Tab] or [Ctrl]+[Alt] next time as that resets it unless your whole system was out of memory.
Just pushing Alt a few times is usually enough to do it.

As for moving, once you push Move you need to choose which type (Walk or Run), and then you'll get the "movement pending" bar. The downside to this is that your movement has to wait until all of the party is ready, which means that your opponents will probably get a barrage of attacks off before you can do so.

If you just want to turn around (and especially if you know you'll want to before the previous turn ends) you can use the party rearrangement button to shift people into new positions instead, which has about the same effect as simply turning in place.
I did figure it out eventually, and it was some kind of issue with my keyboard not responding in the game. Thanks for everyone's help, Gog's forums are always filled with helpful people!
