Hi, I've already explored (as faras I know) all the area of the upper monastery. I have also the crude iron key which should open the door in the library but it doesn't work. Any ideas? It's embaracing getting stuck at the begginign of the game... :/

Well, It should work actually.

Sometimes using keys on locks can be a little tricky. Try to pick up the key in the inventory (so that the cursor becomes the key), then exit the inventory, move very close to the keyhole and the klick on it.

Sometimes the key-cursor can be a bit pedantic. You may want to alter your distance to the lock by a tad or use a different angle. Especially being too close can result in this issue.

Thanks for the tips. I was actually just too silly expecting it would work ...hm...let's say more automatically, well, it doesn't :)
