Any attempt to download the client from my games library results in a "403 - Forbidden" message.

I'm... not entirely sure what to do about that.

The new setup 0.33.00 (build 36) downloads fine here.
Might have been a temporary problem during update...

Well, if you redeemed your code, the game appears in your library, and you are forbidden to download it - then I guess I can't help you any further. Our support team deals with stuff like that.
