I know who's the developer and I read these posts. :) My post wasn't about this (GOG's) forum. It was about "sending us" to CDPRed's forum, where "we" can't get any help anyway. :)

An "Options" Menu would be great.

Waiting for Matchmaking and "enjoying" the same jingle for minutes...

Actually you can already do that, on the main menu (that's the screen with the heroes on the background and the 'play online button') go and look at the top left side on the screen, you'll see three icons - one of them is the options menu. Unfortunately because they all are grey on a black background they are all very hard to see until you notice them for the first time.
