I came to know that alt + enter allows the game to be played in windowed mode, but I cannot figure out how to resize that window since it is already pretty small on a sub 11-inch display. Any suggestion is welcomed.

I did the shift + left click and arrived at the configuration menu where I can toggle between windowed and full screen mode, change the resolution, quality, and fiddle with the input scheme of the game but I still do not see no option to resize the game window if you know what I mean. unless I am missing something very obvious here

I can go into windowed mode through the configuration menu (huge window) or pressing alt + enter whilst in-game (small window): neither of which methods allow me to resize the window proportion to my ideal preference. I apologise if it was not made clear to u in the original post.
