I just installed the game and whenever I open it it crashes automatically. I tried looking for answers in the support page, but when I tried to submit a report the pages just led me in circles. I tried looking for the catalog so I could see if I met the game's requirements but I could not find it.

Has anyone experienced problems like these on a mac? I am using a 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo running version 10.6.8.

Any help is appreciated.

Sorry for the long delay, seems I missed this post. We do not support Mac OS X Snow Leopard, please upgrade to at least Lion. Sorry for this inconvenience.
