I just downloaded installer and installed the game. Unfortunately when I doubleclick icon to start playing I only received message "GalaxyService could not be started."

No logs were produced.
Running Windows 7 64 bit

Every help appreciated.

I got the sam error but with different game on XP system.

Now I run game from folder and it work.

For me, this doesn't appear to do the trick. If I try this, there is no error message, just nothing happening, regardless if I try Galaxyclient.exe, Galaxyupdater.exe or Galaxyservice.exe.

Ah-ha! It's working again. Didn't realize that the Galaxy launcher was a separate program that needed to be uninstalled, too (and also made a bit of a fuss with uninstalling, with some files (e.g. the exes) not being deleted immediately, which screwed my Witcher AG reinstall, making me reinstall it all again...). While it might've worked either way, I installed The Witcher AG into another folder this time - works.
