I was very happy to see that I got an e-mail with the beta codes in it.
So I immediately shut off the game I was playing to install the beta. But when I tried to redeem the first code the boc tunrs red and it says "Code already in use".
My friend code worked for me but now I have no friends to play with... :'(
Did I get the wrong code sent to med or has someone randomly taken my code? What do I do?

Please contact our support. They will verify the code you received and eventually will send you a new one. :)

I just contacted support about this issue as well and this was roughly one hour after receiving the e-mail based on the e-mail's time stamp. I did not attempt to use the other code and indicated as much in my ticket, though I provided both codes. Unfortunately, I was unable to provide screen captures showing the e-mail in an attempt to validate it's authenticity because, for whatever reason, nothing happens after clicking the Browse button and confirming the file (.jpeg).

How long will it take for us to receive this matter to be looked into and, hopefully, those of us affected receive new codes?

For my part, I'm frustrated receiving no response from a ticket I put in related to Omerta: City of Gangsters immediately following the promotion and then seeing, thankfully, the 1.07 patch finally come to GOG. I'm sore about that because, on principle, any number of people paid good money for a game that was broken and had no disclaimer and when that's added to seeing no response I'm concerned. I really appreciate what CDPR and GOG does and I do so critically. I understand that firm timetables are problematic because people froth at the mouth but, really, giving folks some rough guideline is better than nothing: people that froth at the mouth always will.

For what it's worth, it took about three hours for me to get a new code from GOG support.

Got my code about a hour ago and it worked fine. It seems like this is a known issue based on the mail we were sent. I don't know if it's a weird oversight or a product of hackers trying to mess with GOG/CDPR.

I'll do the sensible thing and blame Valve. XD
Everyone affected by this pesky bug should already have new, working codes in their inboxes. If that's not the case, please contact our Support Team and they will be more then happy to help you.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this error... I know there's nothing worse then getting something cool and new, just to learn moments later it doesn't work as intended. ;)

My first code did was in use it calaimed but the code for a friend worked just fine. I don't really have any friend that would appreciate a code at the moment so I am fine for now.
Just had a quick check so far but the game looks fun! Not really seen anything of galaxy so far though.
