When you start the game you get the DOSBOX window and after a few seconds your game closes? follow these steps and if you have doubts see the screenshots:

1. Go to your game folder (Witchaven I or II this method works in both games).

2. Open the “Original” or “Enhanced” folder, by default GOG opens the “Enhanced” version (I recommend setting both folders in case you want to play the non-default version).

3. Inside this folder there is a .bat file called “run-graphics-config.bat” run it and a configuration window will appear.

4. Change “Surface” to “OpenGL” or whatever option suits you best, in addition to the other options given in the other tab.

5. Now you can save the settings and launch game.
