Um so...I just beat WC 1! Yay,! and I went to play the secret missions from the title menu and got this message

The secret missions files are not present on your wing commander game disk.

What gives? I thought WC1 and 2 came with all the secret missions/ special ops now...I can run secret missions 2 form the separate launcher just fine, but not secret missions 1 from the regular ingame WC menu, any ideas?

Thanks everyone.

Hmm, that's odd. I can confirm that Secret Missions 1 is definitely included. I can start them from the title menu.

Do you start it with the links GOG provides during installation or do you use your own DOSBox environment?
GOG's setup starts the game within DOSBox with "loadfix -1 wc".

You can still reinstall the game (to another location) and try if it works with a vanilla installation.

I was actually able to get it to work, but only after using the transfer application to transfer one of my original WC saves into secret missions 1. It wouldn't start otherwise. Very odd, but at any rate it works for now... thanks for the reply.
