Harvest: I landed on Helen in Troy, traded at the Commodity Exchange, accepted some combat missions, saved my game. Launched to find Helen under attack by a pair of those weak Kilrathi ships. Go to engage, turns out I forgot to rearm my missile launchers. ALT+X to quit, re-launch the game, load my save.

This is where the trouble begins. Now, every interaction available from the launchpad opens the computer. I can't go to the concourse, and I can't launch my ship. Using either my joystick or the enter key on the keyboard, trying to do those two actions just opens the computer menu.

So what can I do? I only have the one save to experiment on. Should have kept more than one I guess.
