Need help here... I recall there being a very effective window-launcher that came up. Unfortunately, that is not the case with the GOG version. The launcher had important adjustments that one could make that are *not* possible during the actual game.

I would greatly appreciate some manner of update that includes the launcher or at least sense the game out with the highest graphical setting.

I don't know about the mouse sensitivity, but as for visual enhancements you can use the Enhancement Pack to add some extra features (including compatibility with the DVD Movie Upgrade Patch) and the OpenGL Patch to run the game in higher resolutions.

I don't know about you, but my mouse has on the fly sensitivity settings, I just turned mine down to minimum which is 800 dpi I think. Worked pretty good.
