I bought this instantly even knowing it was not from the makers of Paper's Please.
The game has a LOT of potential but needs FAR more depth and content. You can finish it quite quickly I fear. Far too short for the asking price really :( It just looks unfinished to me. What is currently presented I would call "LEVEL 1" ie just one part of the overall game but sadly, it isn't, it was the whole thing :( :( :( :( At the end I was left with "IS THAT ALL ??" :( :( Praise to the dev for doing this but plllleaseee...........need FAR more depth and content for the current asking price !!

You get "12" weeks to play in game time but you really needed additional content like
* ability to hire / fire journalists on your team
* links to Gov and Police perhaps
* Gov auditing you to add a level of peril
* interaction from the Gov. Yes we get letters but it needs to be something like a visit from a rep or something.

There seems to be very little consequence of your actions so long as you show the authorities in good light. Even if you force a journalist to write against their ethos there seems to be little consequence.

Sorry but the game really feels unfinished. :( A real pity as I really wanted to adore it as much as Paper's Please even though they are different.

UPDATE:
I just tried to play it again to see if I get totally new or at least some different cases, I only did the first 3 weeks because I just saw the same cases. Not the same cases in the same week but just overall the same cases I saw. There really needs to be a STACK of different cases for any kind of replay value. Sadly for me, replay value is almost non existant because of this.

I sincerely hope they add more content and NOT make it DLC or anything like that.
