Does the game have all the patches here or is it missing something? I would like to get it here if possible.

OK so I yielded and bought it, find myself with a shell file (sh extension) file and I have no idea whto to do with it.
I don't use Galaxy, only offline installers, so now the question is where should I put this file if I have to install it manually?
And if it's a shell file, am I supposed to run it under a batch terminal? I'm not gonna use UNIX just for this one!
What gives?

PS: OK got it, it's actually a shell ffile for Galaxy, which makes Galaxy download the actual installer...

Actually you have to make sure then downloading the offline installers, that you have your opperating system selected. In the top cover it'll have a drop down to choose Mac, Windows, or Linux. If you click the big blue button it will download a file that is both the game and Galaxy. If you click just the game file lower down it'll download just the game.

I was downloading Windows installers since the other links would accurately point towards downloading an .exe file, which doesn't exist either in Linux nor Mac logic, so actually I think GOG screwed something up in the links.
Should be fixed soon enough; but at least through Galaxy it downloads the proper .exe.

Over a year later but it's finally here... unfortunately Gog doesn't seem to allow review editing so the score for West of Loathing is shot on GoG.

Also, .sh files are for linux installs, you need to make them executable and the run them in a shell. Basically right click them, go to permissions, check the permit execution button and close the windows. Open a terminal in the folder you have the files (on some systems right clicking in whatever file explorer you're using will give you the option to 'Open folder in terminal') or cd into that folder and type ./name_of_shell_script.sh to run it. That will open a graphical Linux installer. The ./ is actually importat.

That all being said, you shouldn't get that on any other system then a linux. If you're not on linux you should check the game in your games section on GoG and make sure you have Windows selected as the OS, and not Linux.

I got an workaround for you: Just switch your system selection to Linux and then back to windows.
Now you can download the exe file of the DLC as an offline download. Have fun.

I tried it but it still gave me the shell file.
Oh well, using Galaxy fixed it. Thanks anyway :)

Well now I don't understand what I did wrong, but the title screen still says "DLC available" and I can't find the carriage for the life of me.
Am I gonna have to start a new game of finish the main quest first? It's unclear.

PS: Finally fixed it by copying my saves, making a full uninstall, reinstalling and putting back my saves, a file must not have been properly overwritten, now I can enjoy Gun Manor.

Could you add also on GOG the last 5 missing achievements of Reckonin' at Gun Manor DLC? Thanks!
