Is it locked at 30 fps ? I read this in a old review . I wanted tp verify thia.

The PS3 version is locked to 30 FPS and the developer stated the AI's actions is tied to that format being the reason. Honestly I haven't felt this while playing, it is smooth. Of course it may be different for PC.
