I don't know whether anyone else has this problem or not. I don't see this posted previously either, so I'm hoping to find something out

Not sure if it was before or after leveling, but all of my non-combat skills has been removed and put back to zero. Anything that was Knowledge or General Skills were put back to their original amount. Hopefully someone has an answer to this or anything that could assist me in fixing that. I had just went to level two when it happened so at least I didn't get too far. I keep restarting the game to try and get the best combination for my group. Yesterday two of my rangers turned into clowns after creating them and they were fine until I got control of them. I don't understand what that was about and although it was amusing, it's not what I wanted.

So the clown appearance appears to be related to the "raised in circus" perk. You would need to create a character without that perk, as the clown costume appears to be permanent for any character with that perk.

Regarding skills, you need to confirm you want to keep the changes after dividing up the points, or else when you close the character screen the changes will revert and your points will be returned to you.

Is it possible to confim if the points were added back to your available pool to spend?
