I don't know what's happening with this game. Every time I'm in COT, the game can crash at any moment. Sometimes in the middle of dialog, sometimes in the middle of combat, other times just standing there while I'm deciding what to do. Interesting thing is, that if I load a save game, the next play event will often just play through and there really isn't any reproducible event that I can pin it on.

When's patch 7 coming?

I'm having this problem too.

Seem this is a general problem I was playing without problem, but suddenly in the fights the game begin to frozen, though don't crash just frozen by some time (not more than a couple of minutes).

This begin with the badgers turns in combat, so maybe is something with the grid in that area.

I have since discovered that it is the video graphics that causes the crash. I can play through COT without a problem at all if I first turn all the graphic choices to the lowest demanding parameters.

Seem is related, maybe with the new patch (that will be the "Game of year edition" maybe will be fixed (As the graphic motor will be upgraded).
Almost everything is perfect, I only have problem with the game in the canyon and damonta, but in my case is not crash, in the former is temporal frozen and in the other is just issues with the camera viewpoint.

Same problem here. I have yet to find a solution to the crashing.

Isn't there a way to turn on error logging? Is there a way to log errors via Win 7 administrative tools? I've followed all of the suggestions to no avail. The troubleshooting docs don't seem to go very deep.
